On April 25, the Open Day of the State Intellectual Property Office in 2023 was held simultaneously in Beijing, Jiangsu and other eight places across the country. The event site released the "2022 Intellectual Property Administrative" 30 Typical Cases of Protection, including 10 patent administrative protection cases.

This case was selected into the State Intellectual Property Office's "2022 Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Patent Administrative Protection".
